ORGANIZATION: Super Kids Ministries, Inc. is a faith-based Non-profit, Non-stock Corporation founded on February 19, 2003 and registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. Our application for non-profit corporation status was filed with the Internal Revenue Service in February 2003, and in August 2003 we were classified as a Public Charity during the IRS advanced ruling period. On January 31, 2008 the IRS issued a letter stating that Super Kids Ministries, Inc is classified as a Public Charity and as such we continue to be classified as an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the code. ACTIVITIES: Our activities are divided into two areas; Our monthly activities and the Group Homes. The activities are open to all ages and and very from fishing trips, weekend retreats, to dance and dinner parties.
